Attorney Matthew W. Tynan
As the principal leader of the firm, Matt fills many rolls and prioritizes personal contact with clients. Practicing in Texas for the past 15 years, Matt has worked in virtually every area of the law. As a solo practioner, Matt has handled hundreds of civil matters in State and Federal Courts. He has represented the governmental entities is trial and appellate cases and appeared in numerous administrative proceedings from licensing to immigration. Over the past 5 years Matt has obtained more than a dozen seven figure recoveries for his clients in cases and claims including product liability, breach of contract, personal injury, medical malpractice, and real estate fraud.
Throughout his time practicing in Texas, Matt has served as a mediator, he has advised the Texas Election Commission, as well as serving as outside counsel for the United State Department of Defense, the State of Texas, and local governments.
